These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Boki Lens app ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose
The App is an educational tool for learning bookkeeping. Its content is provided for learning purposes only and does not constitute professional tax or accounting advice. Please consult a qualified professional for actual tax and accounting matters.
3. Free Scope and Premium (In-App Purchase)
3.1 Free Scope
The following is available at no cost and without sign-up:
All Stage 0–10 lessons (concept learning)
Free sample industry case studies
Free sample one-year scenario runs
3.2 Premium (Auto-Renewing Monthly Subscription)
Premium unlocks the industry case studies and one-year scenario runs that are not included in the free samples.
Plan: Boki Lens Premium
Price: ¥450 / month (tax included; prices vary by App Store region)
Billing: Your Apple ID will be charged upon purchase confirmation
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Boki Lens Premium
Cancellation timing: Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent the next charge
After cancellation: Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Free scope continues to be free after cancellation
Refunds: Refunds follow Apple's policy; request via the App Store
4. Intellectual Property
The content of the App (lessons, scenarios, industry cases, and UI design) is owned by the developer. Reproduction, redistribution, or republication beyond personal learning use is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
Gain unauthorized access to premium features
Republish or redistribute the App's content without permission
Harass other users or the developer
6. Disclaimer
The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App. The App is provided "as-is," with no warranty of learning outcomes or exam results.
7. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on this page.
